I made a big crock pot of overnight oatmeal for some folks to have for breakfast recently. It was chock full of apples, cinnamon and cranberries. There’s nothing like waking up to a house that smells like an apple pie!
As I was adding the finishing touches – a little maple syrup for good measure – I got to thinking about my crock pot. Specifically about the fact that this may be the last time I use it for a while. Some people like the beginning of a new year becasue of the opportunity to change, learn, grow, improve... That's how I feel about the transition from one season to another. It signals opportunity.
Merriam-Webster.com, defines TRANSITION as a “passage from one state, stage, subject or place to another. Life is one big transition – where will you go next?
