S’mores Cupcakes The cupcake on my calendar for October - what you don't have one of my cupcake-a-month calendars?! Stop what your doing right now and email or tweet me and I will make sure you get one for 2016. Now back to October. This month's cupcake was a take on S'mores. Charles Town Farmers Market This year's season of the Charles Town Farmers' Market comes to a close this weekend. And what a great season it was. Our little market has grown into a fine destinnation - kudos to the vendors and organizers! I will certainly miss the food and the fun. But mostly I'll miss the fellowship. Chatting with the farmers and crafters. Running into friends. Connecting with my community. Some of that will still occur, at a holiday party, in line at the grocery store. And that's a good thing.  But as the days get a little shorter and a little gray-er, my dirty windows were really starting to bother me. So today I washed all the windows. And the screens!
